Muluridji were unstoppable at this year’s Inter-House Athletics Carnival. The team took the lead in the 1,500 metre pre-event and never looked back, taking the trifecta for all three (3) Carnivals in 2016.
The day featured energetic and friendly rivalry among the houses and a positive and cooperative spirit amongst the students.
There were many fine efforts on a day marked by good spirited competition. Many records were broken but it was the “give it your all” attitude shown by nearly every competitor that promoted a magnificent atmosphere at the event. This is credited to the hard work and training that many students have been doing in preparation.
McAuley House showed their team spirit winning the House Spirit Award. Congratulations to our new record holders, age champions and the contenders who gave 100%. Special thanks must go to all the parents and friends who came to support the students and in particular the staff who helped make the event such a success.
