On Wednesday 14 February, the Library held its annual “Library Lovers Day” which included two (2) popular displays “Blind Date with a Book” and “Love Letters to your Library”.
Blind Date with a Book
Books are wrapped with a profile written on the outside. Students borrow the book and take it home with them. This is a great way to discover different genres and authors with students reading books they might not have chosen themselves based on the cover.
Love Letters to the Library
There is a display of love letters to libraries from famous authors. We are encouraging our students to write love letters as well and put into words the wonderful opportunities the library offers.
